Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems aligned with 2026 vision
- Champion innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global macroeconomic indicators and geopolitical shifts to inform strategic pivots
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-focused methodologies and foresight practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend impact modeling
