Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: quantum, AI, synthetic biology, neurotech
- Exceptional visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent practical experience
