Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging tech and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops designing next-generation product roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners
- Produce predictive analytics reports on AI governance, climate tech adoption, and digital transformation
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to commercialize breakthrough applications
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating blockchain, biotech, and neural interfaces
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing strategic frameworks for Fortune 100 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainability transformation
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising boards on emerging risks and opportunities
- Portfolio demonstrating predictive accuracy for major tech shifts (2018-2024)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and trend analysis platforms
