Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for industry verticals
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities and risks
- Establish KPIs for tracking technological adoption curves and market readiness
- Advose on R&D investments based on long-term innovation horizons
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes and their business applications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) strongly preferred
- Portfolio published foresight work or strategic initiatives
