Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or equivalent with 7+ years experience in innovation forecasting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI, and synthetic biology convergence trends
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., GIST, STEEP)
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry white papers
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (CFP) or equivalent preferred
