Your insights will directly shape our product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational evolution for the post-2025 era.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators, technological breakthroughs, and cultural shifts to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using data modeling, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate 2026 trend insights into innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for future readiness and track organizational adaptation to emerging paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of strategic foresight across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
- Experience scaling foresight processes in Fortune 500 environments
