- Mentor a 12-person future-scanning team
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for horizon-scanning initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on 2020s+ technological convergence
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technologies
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial viability
- PhD in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or equivalent domain mastery
- Deep network with DARPA, World Economic Forum, and academic futurists
