Qualifications

- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Fluency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and scenario modeling software
- Experience advising governments on 10-year technology policy frameworks
