Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business strategy
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in geopolitical and technological domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal detection, system dynamics modeling)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, renewable energy) and their societal impacts
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and influencing executive decision-making
