Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce actionable white papers and executive briefings on future disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term market shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of published futurist work or thought leadership pieces
