As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify disruptive technologies, consumer behavior patterns, and geopolitical influences that will redefine our industry by 2026. You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of innovation across 15 international offices.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends and technological disruptions to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against innovation roadmaps
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging technology pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, whitepapers)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
