Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and forecast their impact through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Produce thought leadership reports on future-of-work and societal transformation
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
