Responsibilities

- Lead innovation workshops with global R&D teams
- Produce trend reports influencing $500M+ strategic initiatives
- Partner with VPs to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at Davos and future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Track record of scaling global innovation programs
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., GIST, STEEP)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
