- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities through 2026
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Author quarterly trend reports with data-driven forecasts and strategic recommendations
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or scenario planning
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology, or business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF) highly valued
