- Manage innovation pipelines with R&D and product teams
- Present futures insights to investor and board stakeholders
- Build competitive advantage through trend-driven market positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing executive-level strategy
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
