Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and market simulations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Produce actionable foresight reports on industry disruption vectors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development pipelines
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains preferred
- Experience with foresight tools (Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
