- Forecast and analyze technological, societal, and market shifts through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive opportunities and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies
- Build and lead a dedicated futures intelligence team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational initiatives
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
