- Architect blueprints for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems and ethical governance protocols
- Lead quarterly innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-state technologies
- Author executive briefings on disruptive forces (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies and exponential innovation
- Measure and optimize strategic KPIs using predictive analytics and sentiment modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or exponential technology roles
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and quantum computing applications
- Proven track record publishing thought leadership on paradigm shifts
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
