Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technology trends, economic shifts, and societal changes through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Present strategic futurescapes to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Author thought leadership pieces on 2026 industry transformations
- Manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism/strategy publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of successful innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
