Responsibilities

- Design strategic frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG and regulatory landscapes
- Produce scenario-based forecasts for climate resilience and sustainable tech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation modeling
