- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026+ opportunities
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-proofing methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and strategic foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership on future-oriented topics
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with cross-cultural trend analysis in global markets
