- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business pivots
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, foresight practitioner)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives launched in the past 5 years
