- Produce annual Horizon Scan Reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions (e.g., quantum integration, neuro-interfaces)
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across all business units
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or disruptive innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready strategies in Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF preferred)
