- Establish external partnerships with academia, startups, and think tanks
- Create annual 'Horizon Scans' to identify threats and opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
