- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions for global challenges
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies on future-tech initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Translate futuristic concepts into scalable business models and investment frameworks
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor innovation teams on emerging technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential tech trends (Moore's Law, Amara's Law)
- Experience presenting to C-suite on paradigm-shifting concepts
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or societal transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
