- Produce quarterly Future State Briefs with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future trends into innovation pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry conference presentations
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Proven track record translating future insights into enterprise strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
