Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic products and services
- Anticipate socio-economic shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging industries
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive organizational adoption of foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work on emerging tech trends (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products from concept to market
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
