Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy, aligning emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech disruptions
- Develop human-centered frameworks for AI governance and ethical implementation
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Establish foresight methodologies across R&D, product, and sustainability divisions
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity preparedness
- Coordinate with academic institutions and policy think tanks on future-shaping initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology ethics publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong background in cross-cultural stakeholder management and executive communication
