Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify future opportunities (2026-2030 horizon)
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead executive workshops on future trends and risk mitigation strategies
- Design and implement foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, trend analysis)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce quarterly trend reports and innovation briefs for stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with foresight methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategy implementations
