Responsibilities

- Author white papers and trend reports influencing R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Represent the organization at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into compelling narratives
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies proficiency
- Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech trend analysis highly valued
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
