- Author foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Identify and cultivate emerging talent and partnerships in innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
