Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate future scenarios guiding strategic planning and investment decisions
- Design innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Produce actionable reports translating future insights into near-term strategic priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and emerging technology impact analysis
- Proven track record developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology convergence points (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology
