Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend landscape
- Design scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings for investor and stakeholder communications
- Establish Horizon's thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Monitor global disruptors across quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating trends into enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
