Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruptors and technological convergence
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience
- Design strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to paradigm shifts by 2026
- Facilitate cross-industry collaboration with startups, academia, and global think tanks
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ industry transformations
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
