Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Roadmap identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging engineering, design, and business strategy
- Conduct scenario planning for global tech disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Present innovation briefings to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage portfolio of 5-8 experimental projects with $2M+ annual budget
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and EU Tech Council
- Produce quarterly whitepapers on future tech impacts for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech commercialization cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Public speaking record at Web Summit, CES, or equivalent tech forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
