Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for technology adoption and market positioning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation with future market demands
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Monitor competitor innovation landscapes and regulatory shifts
- Produce annual futures outlook reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating futures strategy deliverables
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience in sustainability or climate tech sectors (highly valued)
