- Ensure all projects align with ESG principles and regulatory standards
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products
- Strong background in agile/scrum methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Certification in Future Tech Strategy (preferred)
- Experience scaling tech teams to 50+ members
