Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Architect a long-term vision for AI integration and autonomous systems, aligning technical strategies with business goals.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced neural networks) for potential implementation.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, scalable systems that can handle the demands of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership to drive buy-in.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of existing systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Microservices.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps with a focus on future trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to executive boards.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a history of solving complex technical challenges.
