Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end LLM pipelines with a focus on latency and cost-efficiency.
- Lead the design of multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Implement state-of-the-art RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews.
- Ensure data privacy and ethical AI compliance across all models.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade NLP applications.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) on custom datasets.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
