Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Greet attendees, check tickets, and provide directional assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Operate basic equipment (sound systems, lighting, registration kiosks)
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve minor issues
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
