Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, breakdown, and logistics coordination
- Provide exceptional guest service and VIP assistance
- Manage crowd flow and maintain venue safety protocols
- Operate ticket scanning systems and registration platforms
- Assist with merchandise sales and concession operations
- Collaborate with venue teams to resolve on-site issues

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in varied conditions
