Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown according to venue protocols and client specifications
- Greet and register attendees with professional demeanor and efficiency
- Manage crowd flow and ensure compliance with venue safety standards
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and resolve inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators for seamless operations
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and reliable punctuality
- Basic problem-solving abilities under pressure
