Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee/espresso beverages according to recipes
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including equipment and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required - we provide full training!
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques
