Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs (1-3 per group) in designated Austin neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication per instructions)
- Maintain detailed logs of pet behavior and health
- Practice leash safety and positive reinforcement techniques
- Attend monthly training sessions on best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking experience
- Austin driver's license with reliable transportation
- Current pet first/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for 15-25 flexible hours weekly
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based reporting
