Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs individually or in small groups (2-4 dogs) per client requirements
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and waste cleanup during visits
- Monitor dogs' health and behavior, reporting any concerns to owners
- Maintain accurate visit logs and client communication through our mobile app
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for unpredictable weather or animal behavior
- Transport pets in company vehicles when required for group walks or vet visits
- Build trust with clients through consistent, reliable service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Availability to start within 48 hours
- Physical stamina to walk dogs in varied weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Pet First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore neighborhoods
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
