Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash handling techniques
- Provide real-time photo and video updates to pet parents via our mobile app
- Administer medications and special care instructions as required
- Maintain detailed logs of each dog's behavior, exercise, and health status
- Transport dogs to/from parks and designated safe walking areas
- Build strong relationships with both pets and their owners
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to safely handle dogs weighing up to 100 lbs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation with adequate insurance coverage
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
