Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, cold brew) using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of supplies

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in espresso machines and milk steaming techniques

- Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
