Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos) with precision and artistry
- Operate espresso machines and POS systems efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service and build guest relationships
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Handle cash transactions and daily sales reporting
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
