Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials, according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Greet every customer with a warm, friendly smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the espresso machine, counters, and dining area, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle cash or card payments efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to minimize waste and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic atmosphere during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn about brewing techniques and flavor profiles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
