Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and pastries according to our premium standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and making recommendations.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle cash and digital transactions with precision and accountability.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Certification in food safety is a plus but not required.
